Featured in this lot we have a hand tinted framed blown up photograph of a Montana cowboy on horseback originating from the early 1900's. The photograph depicts a Montana cowboy on horseback almost in silhouette as he travels across a rocky plain with a muted blue sky overhead. The cowboy, horse, and ground show their original black and white coloration with the sky showing muted hand tinted coloration. The photo originally hung in a Boy Scouts of America lodge located in Billings, Montana. The piece is set on board with thick glass and a wood and metal frame. It shows good condition overall for its age. The frame measures 74" wide by 50" tall with the art measuring 71 1/2" wide by 47 1/2" tall. The piece has an estimated shipping weight of 180 pounds with the photo and shipping crate with the crate measuring 81" long by 57" tall and 8" wide.
