Included in this lot is a pair of hickory and rawhide snow shoes originating from the early 20th century. The shoes are made of a hickory framework with a network of rawhide strips. The piece shows a leather foot strap with leather woven into the front of the shoe. The shoes are free of maker’s marks and shows good condition overall. The snow shoes measure 41 1/4" long by 11 1/2" wide.
