For your consideration, this lot contains one early 1900s, Nessmuk, frontier style, Harris-Enderes Co Carbon Steel Fixed Blade Knife with a parfleche laced and reinforced wood handle, possibly featuring elk hide wrap at top of the handle. Harris-Enderes Co dates to the early 1900s and is part of the Enderes Tool Company of Albert Lea, Mn. The knife appears to be in fair to good condition and measures 13.13" L x 1.5" W x .5" D. Also included in the lot is a cylindrical bamboo case with a wood stopper and metal wire bands, possibly used for carrying maps or correspondence. The piece shows normal checking and splits of bamboo and a small hole in the base. It measures 13.25" H x 2" D.
