Included in this lot is an early 190's Nurses Cape. This navy blue and crimson wool cape was traditional wear for many young nurses. The cape was made by the Standard Apparel Company in Cleveland Ohio. The collar is embroidered S.C.S.N. and the in name "B.M. Pilson" is stitched on the inside. The ensemble would not be complete with out a set of caps with mother of pearl buttons and a blue felt decorative strip. The caps have "B-Murray" written on them. The cap seems to fit a small to medium sized woman.
