Included in this lot is a collection of five early 1950's felt bird calendars from Bozeman, Montana. These pieces show red and blue felt surrounding the bird illustrations and a small felt covered calendar at the bottom. Each piece is marked between the calendar and the picture, "Compliments of Guy and Dora Burrell Service Station Gas, Oil and Groceries Phone 084J1 RR 1 Bozeman, Mont." Only one of the calendars is from 1951 and starts in June, while the others are from 1952 and start in January. The bird pictures show a painted background, but the birds are made of painted feathers. The pieces are in good condition, showing no signs of damage. The pieces measure 12" by 7".
