Featured in this lot is this early vintage Arapahoe and Ute Mountains Tribe Native American Tribal badges. There are two badges in this collection, both are unmarked. The first is a small uniform shield design and is marked on the front as follows: Towaoc Fire Police - State of Colorado - Ute MTN. Tribe 5. The second is a shield with an eagle overhead and is marked as follows: Guard - Arapahoe Corporation. The condition of this pair of badges is well preserved with no obvious signs of damage and shows a well preserved overall condition. The measurements of this pair of badges range from 2 1/8" x 1 1/4" and 2" x 1 1/4". The collective weight of this pair of badges is 33.5g.
