For your consideration is an amazing, cameo glass vase after renowned French artist, Emile Galle (1846-1904) in the early 1900s. Emile Galle (8 May 1846 in Nancy - 23 September 1904 in Nancy) was a French artist and designer who worked in glass and is considered to be one of the major innovators in the French Art Nouveau movement. He was noted for his designs of Art Nouveau glass art and Art Nouveau furniture and was a founder of the École de Nancy or Nancy School, a movement of design in the city of Nancy, France. This vase shows a green and black color scheme with the black color more prominent towards the bottom and the green more prominent at the top. It features floral designs throughout the entirety of the vase with berries or grapes hanging off of the vines. It is signed on the bottom section reading, "Galle". It shows good condition overall with no wear or damage present. It measures 7 1/8" L x 7 1/8" W x 7 3/8" H and weighs 3 pounds and 4 ounces.*
