This is an excellent Sioux Native American Indian beaded and quilled pipe bag from the mid to late 20th century. The bag came from the estate of Ken Walks-in-Winter at the Rising Wolf Trading Post Near Glacier Park, Montana. The piece shows a tanned buffalo hide construction with beaded edges and a beautifully quilled pattern. The bottom has long, hand cut fringe. In addition, there are several quilled feather and jingle cone drops. The Sioux pipe bag is in excellent condition. It measures 5" x 36.5" overall.
