Available in this lot for bidding is an F. Dumoulin side by side shotgun. The firearm originates from the early part of the 1900's, around 1900-1915. The shotgun features a 26" solid ribbed "Fine Damascus Belgium" barrel, with a walnut fore-grip, and stock, and a brass sheriffs star set into the base of the grip. The shotgun is marked in numerous places, reading; " Fine Damascus Belgium - Choke Bored" on the top of the barrel, "F. Dumoulin & Co." on the left lock plate, and "The Interchangeable" on the right. Lastly, the shotgun is marked on the barrel flats with "3956 - 24". Overall, the shotgun shows fair condition, the trigger guard is missing, and the butt-stock has a large crack where it meets the trigger assembly. The shotgun is inoperable. This firearm qualifies as a Curio & Relic Long Gun, and requires FFL Transfer or NICS Background Check. Serial Number: 3956.
