Included in this lot is a Carl Wagner, bronze Bighorn sheep statue, titled "Fat n' Sassy". Carl Wagner (1938-2011) was an American artist known for his wildlife sculptures. The piece shows the image of a large Bighorn sheep standing on rocky ground with a dead tree. The ram shows a thick body and large curled horns. The piece is marked across the front, reading "C. Wagner 79", and on the back, reading "27/35 Fat n' Sassy". The bronze is set onto a wood base with a brass plaque across the front, reading "Fat n' Sassy By Carl Wagner". The piece shows good condition overall and measures 10 1/2" long by 10 1/4" wide and 15" tall.
