The windmill shows a cowboy leaning against the bottom of the piece. The basket is also crafted out of barbed wire and fastened to the basket shows a horse and and rope detailing. The basket also features four frosted pine cone candles. The windmill and basket are in very good condition. The windmill measures 6" x 8.5" and is 16" tall.
