Featured in this lot is a Forehand & Wadsworth side hammer revolver chambered in .22 caliber. This spur trigger revolver features a nickel finish 2 1/4" barrel, frame, and seven shot cylinder. The piece shows dark walnut wood grips. The left side of the revolver is marked "Forehand & Wadsworth Worcester Mass Pat. Sept. 24. & Oct. 22. 1861." The barrel, cylinder, and frame all show matching serial numbers. Serial Number: 37021. This firearm qualifies as an Antique and does not require FFL Transfer or NICS Background Check.
