For your consideration is this pair of framed artwork of upland birds and waterfowl, called Franklin Gulls, circa 1980's. The first of the pair is an ink and pen drawing of pheasant with lovely texturing. The artist’s signature can be seen in the bottom right hand corner, along with the date of the rendition (1981 and #1 rendition). The second is a watercolor picture of three Franklin Gulls sitting in the water; the artist’s name is Kim Norby, a Montana artist from Willow Creek, Montana. The water color is dated 1984. The condition of these pieces of artwork is good, with no obvious signs of damage. The measurements of the framed pen and ink artwork are 11 3/4" x 14 3/4" and the visible art measures 7 1/4" x 9 1/4". The framed water color measures 9 1/4" x 13 1/4" and the visible art measures 3 3/4" x 7 3/4".
