The sculpture depicts a Cheyenne warrior riding in full stride atop his war horse with a spear in one hand and a riding crop in the other. The piece is cast out of solid bronze and is signed across the top reading, "Frederic Remington". The condition of this bronze sculpture is good, with no obvious signs of damage.
