For your consideration is this framed, limited edition print titled, "Navajo Sky" done by artist Gary Kapp, signed and numbered by the artist. Born in 1942 in Ogden, Utah, Gary Kapp grew up on an Oregon farm. In 1966, he received his art degree from Brigham Young University. In the evenings, he resumed his graduate studies and studied with Kenneth Riley, a western artist. Around this period, he started working for a motion picture studio, where he painted backgrounds, visualized films, and illustrated film strips for almost 10 years. Major galleries in Arizona, Texas, New Mexico, Wyoming, Colorado, and Utah have displayed his art extensively. He won the People's Choice Award in 1999 and the Swan Graphics Award in 1982, and he is a member of the Northwest Rendezvous Group. Additionally, he has appeared in "Art of the West" and "Art West Magazine." Major collections of his artwork include those of Jon Huntsman, Jack Byrne, Steve Young, Alan Ashton, Midland Bank, Arizona Bank, Sears Tower, and Brigham Young University.
