The bust design was created for the Friends of the NRA exclusive series in 2007 and is numbered #3457 and signed by renowned sculptor Rick Terry. The bust is bronze washed composite with a clear base before texturing and coloration. The plaques on the front, back and underneath read as follows: "A Free people ought not only to be armed, but disciplined; to which end a Uniform and well digested plan is requisite." The condition of this sculpture is preserved with single noticeable chip from the left side of General Washington's hat but otherwise shows a preserved overall condition. The measurements of this bust is 11 1/2" x 5 3/8" x 5 3/8". The collective weight of this bust is 4lb 2oz.
