Featured in this lot is this genuine cowhide carpetbag, circa 1950's. The bag shows genuine cowhide construction with wrapped leather handles and brass lock and fixtures. The inside compartment shows a spacious example with three sleeve pockets shown on the inside. The condition of this bag is good, with wear consistent with its age. The measurements of this cowhide bag are 12 1/2" x 9 1/2" x 18".
