Featured in this lot is this GIA 2.79ct sapphire VS2 diamond platinum ring with GGA and GIA paperwork. The ring is polished, stamped, and tested platinum construction that is marked Offo Gofflieb. The center stone is a natural oval brilliant cut sapphire with measurements of 10.00 x 7.61 x 4.60mm with type III clarity and blue coloration with a total weight of 2.79ct. The scalloped edges and pave set shoulders are decorated with a total of 70 round brilliant cut diamonds with measurements of 1.8 x 1mm and a clarity of VS1 to VS2 and a coloration of F - G and a total diamond weight of 0.65ct. The piece comes complete with GGA(GemAssure Gemological Appraisals, GGA Appraisal Number#: GGA076147 and trace number: K26E98) report and appraisal confirming the above info and giving a total value of $22,890.00. GIA (Gemological Institute of America) Sapphire Grading Report#: 1232597273. The ring size is US 6 1/2. RN040910
