For your consideration in this lot we have original bronze bust of Sitting Bull by Blackfeet artist Gordon Monroe. The piece is titled "Sitting Bull" and shows Sitting Bull with a beaded necklace. The sculpture is marked across the front reading "Sitting Bull". The back of the piece is marked "c 83 G. Monroe". Additionally, the bronze is numbered 25/100 across the back. The statue is set onto a wood base. The Gordon Monroe bronze sculpture is in good condition. It measures 5 3/4" tall with the base measuring 5 3/8" wide by 3 1/2" deep.
