Included in this lot we have a Great Eastern Silverware silver butter dish originating from the late 19th century. The dish features silver construction with two handles, a butter knife holder, and a lid. The dish handles show floral designs with the legs showing embossed geometric and floral designs. The lid shows pressed leaf designs with a cow figure standing on the top. The interior of the piece shows a removable plate with a circle and star cutout designs and an area below for ice. The bottom is marked "Great Eastern Silverware Co. Warranted - Quadruple plate 1154". The dish shows good condition overall with a warm patina and some slight wear. The dish measures 7 3/4" wide by 5 1/4" in diameter and 7 1/2" tall.
