Featured in this lot we have a bronze sculpture of a standing greyhound. The greyhound, originating from England, are one of the fastest breeds of dogs capable of reaching a top speed of 45 mph. They are known for their thin streamline bodies and racing ability. The statue shows a greyhound with its right foot up and looking to its right. The bronze shows excellent detail in the body and face of the piece. The statue is unmarked and free of any signature. The sculpture shows good condition overall with some spots of discoloration.
