Featured in this lot is this collection of McChesney, Boone, Buermann, Crockett single spur's circa 1910 - 1940's. There are four spurs in this collection. The first is a McChesney spur, is marked from previous collector and features a worn silver mounted decoration. The second is a Boone spur with leather spur strap and unique almost bull riding rowel and is marked on the inside of the spur frame. The next is a Crockett unmarked spur featuring a almost pull riding rowel with split tines. The last is a "Hercules" Buermann pre North & Judd merger spur, it is unmarked but is attributed to Buermann by the previous collector due to the similarities with other "Hercules" spurs. The condition of these single spurs is good with no obvious signs of damage and in good overall condition with oxidation and wear consistent with age and use. The measurements of the spurs range from 4 7/8" x 4 1/2" x 1 1/8" to 5 3/4" x 4 1/2" x 1 1/2".
