For your consideration is this hand carved, crosshatch oak wood frame in the Black Forest style circa early 1900s. The frame shows beautiful hand carved floral designs on the corners of the frame and intricate detailing down the sides, top and bottom of the mirror. The back shows a wire for easy hanging and removal. The mirror shows some wear from its age and the silvering shows slight flaking under the glass, but no signs of major damage is noted. Frame and mirror are sturdy. The mirror measures 12" L x 10" W, while the entire piece measures 19 13/16" L x 17 11/16" W x 1 1/2" D. It weighs 5 pounds and 6 ounces.
