Featured in this lot is this hand carved folk art, wood children's chair from the early 20th century. This chair shows an oak wood construction and was made by Wesstyle Furniture & Carving Company in Denver, Colorado. The chair is intended for a small child and shows the front legs carved in a "western boot" style. The backrest of the chair shows a carved image of a cowboy riding a bucking bronco. The bottom of the chair is marked by the company reading, "Wesstyle Furniture & Carving Co. / Denver, Colorado". The chair shows good condition overall with slight wear present from its age and use over the years, but no major signs of damage is noted. It measures 14 1/4" L x 14 1/4" W x 26 1/2" H and weighs 10 pounds and 6 ounces.
