For your consideration are two hand carved wood Folk Art walking canes from the 20th century. The first walking cane in this lot shows a red / brown color with a floral design of leaves on a vine. It features a small rope threaded through a hole in the middle of the cane to keep the cane attached to the users wrist. The second walking cane shows a curved pommel rather than a straight one like the first. It shows a light brown / red color and features carved geometric shapes throughout. Black stain or paint is present in three spots, two near the top and one near the middle and show a stripe pattern. No makers mark or company mark is present. They show good condition overall with slight wear present from their age and use over the years, but no major signs of damage is noted. The first measures 38" L x 1" W x 1" D while the second measures 37 1/8" L x 1" W x 3 3/4" D. They have a collective weight of 1 pound and 8 ounces.
