Offered in this lot is a handmade leather wall hanging from Yellowstone Park with the poem "Where the West Begins". The leather is attached to a wood bar with two conchos and a strap for hanging. At the top is a cowboy and horse on a mountain skyline. Under the poem is an Indian with a campfire; the smoke from the fire goes up between the words of the poem. The poem is circled by a twisted rope design and says “Yellowstone Park” in the lower right. The leather has some staining on it, but it is not cracked. The item measures 13 1/2" X 20" with a 23 1/2" hanging strap.
