Featured in this lot is this Harphram Bros Co. Lincoln, Nebraska bridle with Crockett Bit circa 1900-1928. The bridle and bit features a wonderfully and professionally crafted silver mounted leather with nickel bridle bit construction. The headstall is made and marked as follows: Made By Harphram Bros. The headstall shows silver mounting with studs along the brow band and crown piece with rosettes and conchos adorning stamped and tooled leather. The bit is a Crockett bit that is nickel and shows a slight curb design with almost straight shanks and is marked 'Crockett'. The condition of this headstall and bit is well preserved with some patina tot he leather and the silver accents with wear consistent with the age but otherwise is in well preserved condition. The measurements of this headstall and bit is 28 1/2" x 6" x 7 3/4". The collective weight is 1lb 7oz.
