Featured in this lot we have a Harrington & Richardson top break hammerless revolver chambered in .38 S&W. The revolver was manufactured in the early 1900's by Harrington & Richardson Arms Company. It displays a 3 1/4" long round ribbed barrel, five shot cylinder, hardwood checkered grips, hammerless design, double action trigger, and top break release. The left side of the barrel is marked "38 S&W CTGE" with the top of the rib marked "HARRINGTON & RICHARDSON ARMS CO WORCESTER, MASSACHUSETTS. U.S.A.". The grips show hardwood construction with checkered design and "S&W" medallion at the top of the grips. Mechanically the revolver shows good cylinder timing and crisp trigger pull. The revolver shows good overall condition displaying much of the original blue'd finish with some pitting and wear. The pistol weighs 1lb. Serial Number: 184140. The revolver weighs 1lb 6oz.
