The bronze is marked as follows: 17 - H Jackson - 64; and the plaque on the marble base is marked as follows: Where the Trail Forks - Harry Jackson. Harry Andrew Jackson (April 18, 1924 – April 25, 2011), born Harry Aaron Shapiro Jr., was an American artist. He began his career as a Marine combat artist, then later worked in the abstract expressionist, realist, and American western styles. The condition of this bronze sculpture is good with no obvious signs of damage and shows good overall condition. The measurements of this bronze sculpture 20 3/4" x 6 1/2" x 6 1/4".
