Featured in this lot is this Hopi Indian polychrome Kachina coil basket circa 1930's. The basket features a wonderfully and professionally crafted yucca construction that features a total of three Kachina faces dyed into the side walling of the basket , the basket is finely woven with tightly wound coils that weave to the center of the basket. Provenance: This basket is from the Mark Sublette Medicine Man Gallery Inc. and E Foard Collection, Arizonia. The condition of this coil basket is good with no obvious signs of damage and shows good overall condition. The measurements of this basket are 5" x 7 7/8" x 8".
