Featured in this lot is a Hudson Bay Co. trade silver artifacts and memorabilia. There are three artifacts in this collection including a trade silver pipe, a trade silver cross, and a trade coin and trade bead necklace. The pipe shows a trade silver construction with a long stem and a bowl with a beaver figural on top of the bowl and is marked on the bottom of the stem as follows: HB - Montreal - WS. The HBC cross shows a semi Cross of Lorainne with three tiers and constructed from trade silver. The trade coin necklace shows a double stamped design with a beaver on one side with a Roman or Greek senator that is double stamped as follows: Token - 1820; the necklace shows original trade beads with Venitcian demeanor and shows red white heart beads throughout. The condition of this of this collection of HBC trade items is well preserved with some patina to the trade silver and the coin but otherwise shows a well preserved condition. The measurements of the pipe is 2 3/4" x 9 3/8" x 1" and the trade silver cross measures 3 7/8" x 1 3/4" and the peace medal overall measures is 14 1/4" x 5".
