The lot features a hand crafted silver cross that is hand silversmith made and stamped HB for Hudson Bay. The piece also shows touchmarks for Montreal and maker of RG. These crosses were originally crafted in the late 18th Century to early 19th Century and sold by the Hudson Bay Fur Trading Company. This example's age and originality are unknown and our company does not give any warranty to such. The necklace shows a waxed string strand with older wound padre light blue and chalk white trade beads. It is possibly this piece carries an original early age, but we make no claim of such, please inspect for your own opinion of age and originality. Cross measures 6 5/8" x 4 3/8". Necklace is 15"L and 30"L strung.
