Featured in this lot is this Ideal Manufacturing Company .44 S & W R bullet mold originally patented in 1904 aged circa 1910 to 1920's. The bullet mold features a wonderfully and professionally crafted construction that shows a built in mold and is marked on the side as follows: Ideal MFG Co. New Haven CT, U.S.A. - .44 S & W R. The condition of this Ideal Bullet mold is preserved with a patina adorning the bullet mold likely from use but otherwise shows a preserved condition. The measurements of this bullet mold is 9 3/8" x 3" x 1 1/4". The collective weight of this bullet mold is 1lb 10oz.
