Offered in this lot is a collection of Indian Chief busts and a sacred feather. The first of the busts is of a maiden chief with a South American style headdress and a shell and tooth necklace. On the base of the bust is the word Jurema. This bust is made of plaster and had some damage on the back side and some repairs done. The bust is 20" tall, 9" wide, and 5" deep. The next bust is also made of plaster and is painted in an old gold color. This bust is of a chief holding a tomahawk. The bust is 15" X 9" X 5". The next bust is made of resin and this chief has a buffalo skull necklace, as well as a full feather headdress. This bust is painted in a bronze and green color. This bust measures 10 1/2" X 9" X 7". The next bust is also of resin and painted in full color. This bust measures 13" X 8" X 5". The next bust is carved from a single piece of wood and is signed on the back. This chief has a single feather of which the tip is broken off. This bust measures 10" X 4" X 4". The last bust is a cast iron flat backed bust with a small hole in the top of the head. The bust measures 5 1/4" tall X 7" wide X 2 1/2" deep. The last item is a sacred feather. The feather is made of plaster and painted a brown/gold color. The feather is 11 1/4" long and 2 1/2" wide and 1" thick. There is light damage to many of these pieces. Please note the photos.
