Featured in this lot we have a American made percussion cap rifle signed J.B. Robertson originating from the 20th century and chambered in 36 caliber. The rifle displays a 38 1/4" long octagonal rifled barrel, hardwood stock, under barrel wood ram rod, percussion cap system, brass trigger guard, and brass accents. The side of the barrel is marked "J.B. Robertson" with the side of the lock plate marked with the initials "J.B.R". The piece shows a functional percussion hammer system, lock plate, and dual trigger system. The stock shows brass accents, a brass crescent butt plate, and brass storage on the side of the stock. The rifle shows good mechanical condition with a warm patina across the barrel and lock plate. The piece shows good condition overall with some light signs of wear. No Serial Number. This firearm qualifies as an Antique, and does not require FFL Transfer or NICS Background Check.
