This piece is beautifully drawn showing detail of the couple standing on the plains gazing to their left. The man on the right is carrying a revolver pistol in a leather holster and ammo pouch, wearing a large full brim hat and bandana around his neck. The woman is standing to his right with long flowing hair, a leather dress, cowboy boots, and is holding a lever action rifle in her right hand relaxed at her hip. There is a mountain landscape in the background. This piece is signed in the lower left corner "J.M. Leahy" and is framed in a dark wooden frame. The back is labeled with a Butterfield & Butterfield auction tag, and a label that reads "What was longhorn hiding? She's Mine page 252." This piece is in good, well preserved condition overall.
