Included in this lot we have a wooden Japanese saddle tree. Saddle trees where used as a base to build the rest of the saddle up from. The saddle tree is estimated to be from circa 1700's. The tree is shaped in the Japanese Kura style saddle. The saddle is constructed out of multiple pieces of wood with metal rings on each side. The saddle tree is in good condition overall, It does have a crack across the back. The saddle tree measures 18" long by 12 1/2" wide by 10" tall.
