The sides of the crate are marked "Kessler Dairy Inc." on two of the sides with "Warning This case protected by Pinkerton's Nat'l Detective Agency. Inc."on one side. The upper right corner is marked "Zinc-Kote Manufactured by C E Erickson. Co. Inc. Des Moines, Iowa Patent no D-167622" and is marked on each of the sides. The crate shows good condition overall with some minor wear. The crate measures 13" wide per side and 11" tall.
