Straight grain walnut stocks incorporates a Korean Service seal on each grip. The barrel is gold stamped " KOREAN WAR COMMEMORATIVE M1911A1 .45 - 25 June 1950 - LEST WE FORGET - 27 July 1953 - IN DEFENSE OF THE PRINCIPLES OF THE FREE WORLD" the reverse side of the slide reads " L.T.R.J.ENGLE - 78th AAA GUN BN." The colt has a fixed front sight and adjustable rear, and serrated gold trigger. Colt is in mint condition, action is tight and bluing is pristine. The commemorative box is constructed from straight grain walnut and is embossed in light blue felt. Measures 14" x 8.5" x 3.5".
