Featured in this lot is this Kuba Kingdom, Central Africa fertility fetish water pipe, circa early 1900's. The pipe shows gourd construction sewn together with straw and features a fertility fetish on the pipe stem; it shows two heads on either side of the pipe with a soft wood bowl. The condition of this water pipe is good, with no obvious signs of damage and some patina to the gourd consistent with the age of the pipe. The measurements of this water pipe are 11 1/2" x 7" x 6 1/2".
