In this lot is a framed photograph print called "Saddling Horses in a Rope Corral" by L.A. Huffman. All pictures taken by L.A Huffman were dated from 1878-1920. The Coffrin's old west galleries collection of Huffman negatives is one of largest in existence. Coffrin’s old west gallery originally started in Miles City, Montana, but relocated to Bozeman, Montana in 1991. This picture shows a riata of horses in a rope corral, with seven men roping their mounts for the day. The visible photo measures 13 1/2" X 10". The print is professionally double matted and framed, with two pieces of provenance on the back—one about "The Huffman Pictures" and one about this particular print. This piece is in very good condition. The frame measures 201/2" X 171/2".
