Featured in this lot is this collection of notched and ovoid projectile points found in Lake Co., Oregon. The points feature a wonderfully and professionally napped obsidian glass construction and shows three total points in this colleciton. The first is a medium size Cascade point that shows an ovoid structure that has rounded shoulders with a tip for a stem and a triangular neck tipped with a sharp point and a semi serrated edge. The second is is a napped and stemmed Cody Knife point that shows medium size with a semi serrated edge and very slight stem with rounded shoulders that shows a triangular neck to tip and a thin cross section. The last point is a triangular notched Albion Head that shows a thick cross section that shows a semi serrated edge with pronounced side notches with squared shoulders and a flat base. The condition of this collection of projectile points is well preserved with no obvious signs of damage and shows a well preserved overall condition. The measurements of this collection of points ranges from 2 7/8" x 7/8" to 2 1/4" x 1 1/4". The collective weight of this collection of points is 45.9g. Provenance: From The Ex Jim Young Collection.
