Also included is a 1958 Disney comic book, Walter Benjamin Lantz was an American cartoonist, animator, producer and director best known for founding Walter Lantz Productions and creating Woody Woodpecker. Hanna-Barbera Cartoons, Inc., commonly known simply as Hanna-Barbera, the creators of "Tom & Jerry", was an American animation studio and production company which operated from 1957 until its absorption into Warner Bros. Animation in 2001. Known for producing a vast array of iconic animated series including Yogi Bear, The Flintstones, Scooby Doo and The Smurfs. Hanna-Barbera arguably became one of the most successful animation studios in the world, rivaling Disney.
