The urn shows the amazing craftsmanship she is known for, making her work so highly collectable. The Acoma Pueblo is in New Mexico. Linda uses natural pigments and traditional Acoma designs and tools when creating her pieces. She uses Yucca leaves for a paint brush, the traditional way of painting Acoma pottery. This urn is quite striking in its size. The urn is made of the fine, slate-like clay the pueblo is famous for. The urn was hand painted with black and red geometric designs. Linda signed the bottom of this urn in her "crossword" style. The urn is 11" tall (with the lid) and 22" around.
