Included in this lot is a bronze statue of a woman during the harvest by H. Thiviez, originating from the late 1800's. The bronze depicts a 19th century woman in a 19th century work dress. She is shown holding a sickle and sheaf of wheat in the other hand. The piece shows wonderful construction and shows attention to detail. The back of the base is marked "H Thiviez", with the bottom marked with the factory number 7755. The statue shows good condition overall, with some light wear on the base. The piece measures 8 1/4" tall by 3 1/4" wide.
