For your consideration is this collection of late 19th century marked single spurs. This is a good collection of single spurs shown from a variety of years in the late 19th century with the first spur showing a sheet iron construction with a patent date of 1878 and showing a jingle bob ring on the right side of the rowel neck; the next spurs is made from hand forged iron shown as a two piece spur and sporting a original beautifully floral tooled spur strap and showing a jingle bob ring on the right side of the rowel neck; The last spur shows a lot of oxidation possibly covering up makers mark with a pair of Harpham Brothers pair of spur straps. The condition of these spurs is good with one of the spurs heavily oxidized from age and use however all three single spurs in good usable condition. The measurements of this spur collection are 2" x 4" x 6" and 8 1/2" x 4 1/4" and 2" x 4" x 8 1/4".
