Offered in this lot are a magnificently framed 1984 Oregon Waterfowl Stamp and Print. The 1984 Oregon waterfall stamp was based on a painting done by Michael Sieve. Wildlife artist Michael Sieve grew up on the prairies of southwestern Minnesota with his family, running a farm. His original paintings can be found in public and private collections throughout the world. His images have graced the covers and have been featured within some of America’s finest wildlife and nature publications. Additionally, Michael Sieve has appeared as a featured or guest artist at most major art shows in the United States. This print shows three Canadian Geese on the wing. This print is re-signed and is #11,439/11,825. Also in this frame is stamp #011439. The stamp measures 1 1/2" x 2” and the shown art of the print measures 7 1/2" x 9 1/2". The print and stamp are professionally triple matted and framed. The original envelope the print came in, receipt for framing and matting, and provenance are in a sleeve on the back. The art and matting appears to be in very good condition; the wood frame has minor nicks. The wood frame measures 20" x 18".
