This is a fabulous collection of historic American West and Native American objects including Battle of the Little Bighorn Lakota Sioux or Cheyenne metal copper bracelets, historic paleo and antique pieces such as the paleo projectile points, large pestle, and the beads all from Mountrail and Morton counties in North Dakota. The paleo projectile points were all collected in Mountrail and Morton counties in North Dakota; known for significant Indian history including Fort Berthold Reservation, Fort Laramie Treaty and the Mandan, Hidatsa, and Arikara tribes as well as Paleo and Archaic history. The neolithic to antique projectile points appear to possibly include some of the following: Agate Basin Lanceolate / Eden, Lookingbill, Mummy Cave, Sonota Side Notch, Angosuta Lanceolate, Hell Gap Lanceolate and possibly Goshen Lanceolate. The collection also includes three original metal bracelets from the Lakota Sioux or Cheyenne Native American Indians of the Northern Plains which were recovered from private property at the historic Battle of the Little Bighorn site. There are also around twenty-six (26) strands of beads where were all collected from the Mountrail and Morton counties in North Dakota. The Agate Basin Lanceolate or Eden point at the center bottom is by far one of the nicest examples and has a size of about 3.5-inches. The North Dakota recovered pestle measures 7 3/8-inches. The frame is 20.75-inches by 16 5/8-inches by 2-inches.
