Included for sale in this lot is a scarce 1st Edition of Lives of Daniel Boone and Benjamin Lincoln, published in 1847, and conducted by Jarred Sparks. The novel tells the riveting tales from Daniel Boones early childhood and his upbringing, his journeys as a surveyor of Kentucky, his role in the defense of Kentucky, the disastrous battle of the Blue Licks, his tribulations with his family, and many tales of his confrontations with the Native American Indians. The novel additionally tells chapters of stories of Benjamin Lincoln. Overall, the hardbound book shows good condition. The book measures 7 1/4" x 4 3/4".
