Featured in this lot is this Maori beaded hide skirt garment circa early 1900's. The skirt garment features a hide construction with a beaded decoration to the outside of the garment and features a string around the top to fasten to a belt. The condition of this garment is fair with wear consistent with the age of the garment it shows some fading to the hide and shows some beadwork with wear. The measurements of this garment are 16" x 14 3/4" x 1/2".
